We believe in and stand behind our products. We want every customer to leave satisfied, whether they like our products or not. LiveTru Nutrition will accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Livetrunutrition.com (online or phone) only when the following conditions are satisfied:
- Shipping Costs will not be refunded.
- Please allow up to one week for refunds to be processed.
- Dietary Supplements will only be considered for reimbursement if dietary supplement packaging is unopened and in the original packaging.
- All items must be received by LiveTru Nutrition within fourteen (14) days of purchase date. In all cases refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
The original packing slip is required for reimbursement. Please note that we do not have the ability to track your return. Please refer to your carrier of choice for their tracking services.
WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT USED ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN, LESS UP TO A 10% RE-STOCKING FEE, SHIPPING AND HANDLING, AND ANY APPLICABLE TAXES.
